Shrimp Tacos (Spicy and Non Spicy Versions)
Forward- So I am obviously not a shrimper…my “shrimping skills” consist of getting my car and driving 10 minutes down US 1 to Keys Largo Fisheries (www.keylargofishieries.com) and buying a 5lb or even 10lb bag of Key West Pink Shrimp. But this is a new favorite recipe that my wife makes (who loves shrimp) so wanted to share- easy, quick and delicious…Enjoy!!!
Baked Parmesan Crusted Yellowtail Snapper
Forward-My client took all the Yellowtail so I apologize I don't have a photo-who can blame them? Yellowtail is delicious! They had asked for an easy recipe they could make themselves in their condo. This is a personal favorite. My wife and I would definently say this is a restaurant quality and very easy!
Soyaki Grilled Mutton Snapper on the Big Green Egg
Forward- Awww! Mutton Snapper. A favorite and super easy fish to marinade and put on the grill. It also tastes great re-heated which is something we don’t normally do. My wife travels for work and for Christmas she asked for a “Pink” cooler so when she is on the road she can stop at places we don’t have here in The Keys and pick up some different food. Some favorite places are Trader Joes and Whole Foods.
